Here are the practical details about sessions, confidentiality, booking, payments, and organizational support.

How long is an individual session?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. This is a common format in therapy, coaching, and psychologically informed support because it allows enough time for meaningful work while keeping the session structured.

Are sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are online by video call, making them accessible to international clients and professionals with busy schedules.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is used to understand your situation, clarify what you want support with, identify key patterns, and agree on practical next steps.

Who do you usually work with?

I work with individuals, professionals, leaders, and organizations navigating stress, emotional clarity, decision-making, resilience, burnout prevention, and workplace wellbeing.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. I support organizations through workshops, wellbeing initiatives, leadership support, and employee assistance-style services.

What languages do you work in?

I work in English, Spanish, and Serbian, and I can also assist conversationally in Italian. I try to adapt to clients linguistically whenever possible because expressing yourself in your native or most comfortable language can make support feel clearer, safer, and more personal. The language switcher on the website is available for English, Spanish, and Serbian.

Is everything confidential?

Information shared during sessions is treated confidentially, subject to applicable legal and ethical obligations. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy & GDPR Policy.

How do payments work?

Payments can be completed before booking through the available payment link. A single session is €60 + VAT if applicable, and a 4-session package is €200 + VAT if applicable.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Is the 4-session package flexible?

Yes. The package is intended for ongoing support and can be scheduled flexibly, depending on availability.

What if I need urgent help?

If you are going through something urgent, you can reach out to me and I will do my best to respond as soon as possible. However, this service is not an emergency or crisis service. If there is immediate risk or you need urgent clinical support, please contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a licensed clinical provider in your country.
