  • Article 6(1)(f): legitimate interests, including responding to inquiries, maintaining communication records, and website security.

Processing is guided by Article 5 GDPR: lawfulness, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimization; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied under Article 32 GDPR to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

9. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability. You may also withdraw consent under Article 7(3), where consent is the legal basis.
